Hefei Customs conducted a targeted inspection of our cold chain warehouse

On May 26, Hefei Customs conducted a targeted inspection of our cold chain warehouse, which stores in vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents and core raw materials. As temperature-sensitive biological products, IVD reagents must strictly comply with temperature control and traceability standards at every stage — from receipt and storage to dispatch.

During the inspection, Customs officers focused on our temperature and humidity monitoring systems, power outage and alarm response mechanisms, cold chain packaging integrity, and batch traceability records for both raw materials and finished products. The warehouse operations were found to be fully compliant with Customs regulatory requirements for special items. In addition, the officers kindly took the time to provide a refresher on the latest Customs policies and requirements for the supervision of such special items.

As part of the IVD supply chain, we firmly believe that compliance is not a static milestone, but an ongoing process of validation and continuous improvement. Our sincere thanks go to Hefei Customs for their on-site guidance.
