Application:
ELISA / Chemiluminescence: Used for diluting HRP-labeled detection antibodies.
Western blot / Microarray / IHC: Serves as the diluent for HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies.
Instruction:
QYM/SURFTECH HRP Stabilizer TRIS is ready-to-use and should be equilibrated to the reaction temperature before application.
Prepare the HRP working solution by diluting the HRP conjugate to the desired concentration according to the userdefined dilution ratio.
It is recommended to validate performance within specific assay systems prior to full-scale use.
