PGII test

Pepsinogen II (PGII) is applied for the screening, risk stratification, and auxiliary diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis, peptic ulcer diseases, and gastric cancer, as well as the dynamic monitoring of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication therapy and gastric mucosal status. PGII OEM kit utilizes a two-antibody sandwich immunoassay and is applicable to chemiluminescence platforms. Specific monoclonal antibodies target distinct structural epitopes on the PG II molecule to capture serum or plasma PG II, delivering high sensitivity and exceptional specificity without cross-reactivity to Pepsinogen I (PG I).
